Cherry Markers from CAM

(Lemon Cherry Gelato X Permanent Marker) -- When LA Weekly dropped an article on new heat from the killer cultivators in California, this strain was on the short list of Anna’s new favorites. We know that, like airlines, you have your choice of LCG crosses and we’d like to thank you for flying with CAM. -- Cherry Markers grows nugs that are solid as you’d expect from an LCG cross but with more subdued tones that show off dark shiny sugarleaf and dusky green. -- Take a whiff from the jar and you get a 90% mix of that Lemon Cherry Gelato but suddenly it meets a brick wall of sinus-ringing marker ink that changes the whole equation. After you get through breaking some up, that whole sweet citrus act drops to show you a whole other side. -- The eye-watering Permanent Marker and the Gelato from the LCG make for something that doesn’t get completely rid of the candy sweetness but does manage to transform it into something different than what you’re used to. This transformation comes full circle in the flavor, which catches you off guard at first from how this does manage to pull off the trick of making you think of a fruit-scented marker.
